We perform home inspections for buyers, sellers and investors. Buyers and investors are able to know the true condition of the home and therefore feel comfortable in moving ahead with their transaction. Sellers can benefit by having a home inspection before they list their property to take care of any deficiencies or disclosure issues and not have to worry about the property falling out of escrow due to the buyer’s home inspection.
We also perform 11-month inspections for new construction before the owner’s home warranty expires. The owner then has written documentation to provide to the builder for any needed repairs.
